I do like elephants and tigers. Here is my opinion of elephant saving. We need to send the memo. If we don't, then wave the white flag and say good by to elephants. It's bad enough that mammoths died out from hunting back in forever ago B.C. I was thinking we should make it a law and send it to the president of Africa! We should never, ever poach for anything.

Why would people hunt those poor baby elephants?

Stop buying pianos because the keys are made out of ivory which comes from elephant tusks. Maybe they'll come up with another way to make piano keys. Such as, out plastic or fiberglass.

Elephants are amazing animals. We can't let them become extinct. Don't ever buy ivory products. If no one buys ivory, poachers won't have any reason to kill the elephants for their tusks. Also, there are groups to help save elephants. And, everything we do for the environment will help all animals everywhere. Remember Horton:  no creature is too small to help. In this case, no creature is too large to help!

I learned that elephants are threatened because of poachers, hunters going after them for their tusks, and habitat loss.  Elephants are such beautiful animals it is sad to know that we may be losing them.

Hey, I love elephants too. We are doing something to help. If you go to a zoo that has them, you are helping protect them.

SOS On The Elephants!, United States

Who loves elephants? I do! I love their super long noses and their friendly wrinkly faces! I love everything about them. Why? Because they're endangered species. If we don't do something to help them, they're going to end up like the poor dinosaurs. If we don't stop poaching, think of what the world will be like! Bye, bye elephants! So, help me. Not only me but the elephants. So what are you waiting for? Get off the computer and make a difference. Please help us. Your never too big nor too small to help and make a difference. From Mia age 10 El, Paso Texas
