Good luck on your project.  Here are my answers:

1.  We don't use paper or plastic.  We bring our own bags.  I heard in California they don't let you get grocery bags at the stor anymore.  You have to bring your own.  Do you know if that is true?

2.  We recycle a lot.  We recycle carboard, paper, magazines, glass, cans. 

3.  I think recycling will help us save our Earth.  It just makes sense to me.  Everything that you recycle doesn't go in a landfill.  And it is really easy to do.  It is just as easy to throw your recyclables into the recycle bin as it is to put them in the trash.  And most communities will pick up your recyclables right at your house.  They don't in my town but we take our stuff to the recycle center once a week.

I think reducing the amount of garbage is an important issue.  Here are my answers to you questions:

1.  We like to use paper bags when we get things from the grocery store.  We re-use them to put our newpapers in and then we recycle them.  My mom said that the plastic bags can get into the ocean and sea creatures like turtles will eat them and get sick.

2.  We do recycle.  We try to recycle everything.

3.  I do think this will help save the Earth.  It is something easy that everyone can do.

We recycle at our school and at home.

1.  We use our own bags when we go to the farmer's market (cloth) but get plastic bags at the grocery and re-use them in the little trash cans.

2.  We recycle cans, plastic, paper and cardboard at home.  My dad takes it to the recycle center in town.  At school we recycle paper.

3.  I think recycling is important because the more we throw away the more we fill up the the landfills.  Who wants a world filled with garbage?

Hello, my name is Sally and I live in the United States. we're working on our project for the computer fair. This project involves recycling and how to reduce the amount of garbage in our world. From the people we surveyed here, many of them like to use plastic bags then paper bags. What kind of bags do you like to use? Do you recycle in your home? In our country it is important to recycle ever since global warming started. There might be people that might not really care about what's going on in our world, but there are others that really want to save our world.
