Re: Let's talk about Earthquakes !

    Hi,

We are a 6th grade class in California on the western coast of the United States. We have EARTHQUAKES here! My students are 11-13 years old and I have 32 of them. I am also a leader in the community for a center for young minds. My class currently has experience with email, snail mail and especially SKYPE for videoconferencing.

My email is tenhet44@epals.com if you want to begin a meaningful collaboration. My SKYPE name is TENHET44

    Cheers,

    Troy Tenhet

Re: Let's talk about Earthquakes !

Hello! Did you find anyone with whom to correspond about earthquakes?  I teach a class of middle school students, 13-14 years old, in Southern California.  We live next to the San Andreas Fault.  Please let me know if you'd like to correspond with our students. This would be our first experience using ePals for a project.

    Please write me at papester@epals.com

    Sincerely,

    Kathleen Pape

Re: Let's talk about Earthquakes !

Hello! My name is Kathleen and I have a class of 30 students, ages 12-14. We live in southern California, USA in a part of the country that is prone to earthquakes.  In fact, we live right next to the San Andreas fault, which is a major earthquake fault, and tectonic plate boundary.  We'd love to discuss earthquakes with you.  Please let me know if your students would like to correspond via email or snail mail.  We'd prefer email but either is fine.

    Let's talk about Earthquakes !

We are looking for English speaking partners from anywhere around the globe to discuss earthquakes. We don't really know what it's like here in Strasbourg but, as part of our science curriculum, we are studying them and we'd love to hear from you especially if you have already experienced one or live in an area where they are likely to occur !

We are a group of 20 lively French kids aged 13-14 and we'd like to use snail mail.

We hope to hear from you soon !
