    Re: ePals Wanted from Anywhere

Hi there Paige, I'm a EFL teacher in South Korea. I have an older group (17 years old) and all boys. They are also looking to communicate with people from around the world to improve their English and just get to know about other cultures. We have started working on a documentary about a Korean school boys life. If you are still looking for people to join - please do pick us! Please email me directly at jan4785@epals.com  - look forward to hearing from you :)

    Re: Epals Wanted from Anywhere

My group consists of  12-13-year old students. We live in StPetersburg, in Russia. StPetersburg is the second largest city in Russia. The students study in the 2nd gymnasium, which is one of the oldest gymnasiums in the city (founded in 1805). The students have been learning English since the 1st form and in the 6th form they begin learning the second foreign language: either French or German (according to their wish).

We are interested in different foreign cultures, that’s why we want to take part in the project “The Way We Are”. We prefer to correspond by e-mail, sending 10-15 letters in one packet/folder, every 2 weeks. My students will write letters and I will send them.

    My e-mail : kitavi2@epals.com

We’re looking forward to hearing from you soon.

    Tatiana

    Re: Epals Wanted from Anywhere

I am looking to join an online collaboration.  My students are 14 and 15 years old if this will work for you.  They are eager to join this project soon as well and they can collaborate as a class over the next two months, but then can continue until June of 2010.

    Hello Paige,

Are you still interested in e-mail contacts all over the world? I'm an English teacher of 12-13 year-olds in Cologne, Germany,  but I also teach older ones. So if you want us to contact we'll be ready. Please feel free to ask me any questions.

    Kindest regards

    Sabine Piehl

    Re: Epals Wanted from Anywhere

    Hi, Paige.

I have a group of 6 11-14 year-old students in Brazil. We live in Niterói, in the state of Rio de Janeiro. They would really enjoy corresponding with kids from other countries. They've been studying English for about 1 year and their knowledge of the language is still basic, but I can help if necessary.

    ePals Wanted from Anywhere

My name is Paige and I teach 13-14 year olds in a small rural community in Kansas, USA.  We are very interested in learning about all sorts of cultures and would love to find out what it is like to be a young person growing up all over the world.  If you are interested we could begin corresponding right away.  I hope to hear from you soon!
