    Re: Scout leader ePals?, UK

Hello, I am the mum of 4 children, and the bigger ones are Cub Scouts (15 and 13).  I am looking for pen friends for them, especially in England, Ireland, or Scotland (easier to do exchange).

    Best regards,

    MLHUON@epals.com

In the U.S., we have Cub Scouts for boys and Brownies for girls in the 5-8 year old category.  My daughter is almost 8 and she is a Brownie.  My almost 11 year old son just graduated from Cub Scouts and is moving on to Boy Scouts.  We would love to correspond with you.  We are very involved in the scouting program as leaders.  We also lived in the UK for three years (Penn, High Wycombe) when the children were babies.  I miss those English gardens!  Write soon.

    Kristen

Hi Kristin, My son and I would love to know about scouting in the USA. I am the Beaver Scout Leader in our village and my scouts love to hear all about other scouts in other countries and I think it is important for them to learn these things. My son Robert is really into his scouting and would like to swap stories with your son. Let me know if he still wants to swap emails and stuff so we all get to learn a little more about scouting and each other Many thanks, Samantha
