    Re: Earrings for boys

I don't think boys should wear earrings. Girls can... but boys shouldn't. But that's just my opinion..

    Re: Earrings for boys

Not in my school in particular. Sadly, most of the boys in my school are not unique at all when it comes to style. They all mostly wear khakis and polo shirts, and have their hair short. So if some of the popular boys in my school wear earrings in the future, the others are bound too. In other towns, I'm sure earrings are much more popular.

Hi...my name is Yana. I like the way some guys look with earrings. Some don't so its kind of a 50-50 chance of getting them pireced.

But thats just my opinion. :-)

    Hello Katie,

Well, I'm a girl so I don't get punished. But as for boys, they get detention. Sometimes they make them take it off.

That's not so bad.It depends where they go to school.

    Re: Earrings for boys

    Hello.

I'm in 2nd grade in middle shcool in Korea. (Maybe it's 8th grade in U.S)

In MOST Korean Middle schools, all boys and girls cannot wear earrings or necklaces, or any other accessories.

Furthermore, we cannot wear makeup, have long hair, and no short skirts (Students cannot fix the uniforms as they want.)

If we do not follow these rules we get a punishment.

It might be a lot different from other countries' school policy.

My name is Erica and I am in high school. In my school there are quite a few boys who wear earrings. In my opinion, they are very acceptable.

    Re: Ear rings for boys

Hmm, I would say that they were popular a few years ago.

    Now, that fashion is outdated.

    Re: Ear rings for boys

Ear rings for boys I've heard so many opinions on this subject before. Some people think that if a boy has an ear ring that he's homosexual and I feel strongly against that. Some guys just like the style. That's one thing about the US, we're so stereotypical. I don't judge people by the way they look or dress. I think ya'll are right about this subject, if a boy feels he likes that style, then he shouldn't feel bad about getting it done. There are so many boys here in the USA that don't care and have tons of piercings, even body piercings like alot of girls have. It's very different, but neat, I have a few piercings myself.

    Hey Im Deb from usa.

Earings on boys are a little popular, but gauged ears are really popular in guys in my school, especially in my group of friends. My friend Josh has 1 1/4 inch gauges in his ears. Some girls do it too.

My name is Gabriella from the USA. I believe that if a male in general no matter what age, subculture or heritage they come from would like to wear earrings he shouldn't be ashamed or worried about what others think about it. In my personal opinion, it does not make a difference.
