Hi Kerry,

I´m a young English teacher from Germany teaching 30 8th graders. The students are in their 4^th year of ESL, visiting the Realschule Neckarsulm in the South of Germany. English is one of their major subjects and I teach 4 lessons a week. The curriculum of year 8 is completely concentrating on the USA- that´s why a partner class from America would be brilliant. I think the email project is a great way of learning about a different culture and in addition the German students have a brilliant chance of improving their English. It would be great if we can arrange an email encounter, especially with your experience and resources, because I haven´t worked on a project like this yet.

I am an English teacher in a French school in the Alps. This year, I have 48 pupils (13-14 years old) this year and I'd be interested in doing The Way We Are project. Starting in October would be perfect for me because school is only starting tomorrow and I need a few weeks before starting the project. I have never done this project before, so I'd appreciate your comments. Tell me if you're interested.

We are a geography class looking to connect with the world.  This will be my second year directing The Way We Are project with my students and I learned quite a bit last year.  I will be following ePals The Way We Are curriculum and am looking for others outside the U.S.A. or in extreme NE, SW, SE or NW parts of the U.S.A  We are a small consolidated school district located on the outside of the Fargo, ND/Moorhead, MN metropolitan area (upper Mid-West).  I would like to start mid-September.  Please contact me if you are interested and would like my assistance with this curriculum (I'll even share my resources :)   )
