    Hi Olga,

If you are interested in working together I have a large number of students who need ePals.  Most of my students are ages 12-14.  Please email me at dkrueger26@epals.com.  My students can send you the first email or you can send the first email to me.  My students are ready and excited.  Thanks, Dawn

Hi Joan, I also teach students with learning difficulties.  I work with 6 students who are homeschooled and 10 who come to our academic club after school for tutoring.  Their ages are 10-16.  We are starting The Way We Are Project on October 23rd.  We want to pair  each of our students with two students from different parts of the world.   We would be happy to correspond with your students.  We live in the Washington, D.C./Maryland area.  Our students are eager to start this project!  If you think we can partner, let me know.  Bettye

Hi, I'm an English teacher from Russia. I've organized the International Friendship Club at school  and we are ready to make friends with students of different countries. We'd like to use both e-mail and snail-mail. Our age is 11-15. I teach pupils of different ages (from 8 up to 17) because I'm the only English teacher in our village school. The number of students at school is about 150. We are waiting for new friends! I think the project is just for our club!

    Best wishes

    Olga

    Hi Dawn!

My name is Stéphane Le Moal and I teach English in a French secondary school in Brittany. I also supervise a group of volunteers who join my English Club every week in order to do activities focused on the English speaking world. My students --aged from 11 to 14-- are not very numerous (12) but are very interested in exchanging mails in English with American students every 3 or 4 weeks to discuss their lives, habits, etc. Your registration dating back from March 09, I hope you are still looking for a group of correspondents for your students!

Please write soon if you are interested!

    Stéphane

    Hi Dawn,

My name is Joan Ward and I teach 11-14 year olds in Lurgan, Northern Ireland. I would like to get involved in The Way We Are project. I only have 9 pupils though, 8 boys and 1 girl. They all have moderate learning difficulties, so you shouldn't expect any high level theses from them!!! But they are enthusiastic and hard workers.

If you think we may be suitable, please let me know.

    Best wishes

    Joan

12-14 year olds looking to share culture with partners around the world

I teach 70 students ages 12-14 in Wisconsin, USA.  My students are learning about the culture, traditions, lifestyle, religion, and daily life of different countries around the world.  I would love to have my students correspond with your students using the Way We Are project.  If you are interested, please email me at dkrueger26@epals.com.  I look forward to hearing from you.  I am flexible as to when we begin and would be willing to email your students first.  If you have a class smaller than 70 please email me.  I would love to hear from a lot of different countries.  Dawn Krueger
