    Keren,

This sounds like a great idea! I am always looking for new learning ideas and tools for my 6 year old daughter.  If you are still interested in sharing these exchange envelopes, please let me know at anderka4@epals.com.

    Thanks

    Katrina

    Hi, Keren,

Your project sounds very interesting and something my daughter (8y old) would be keen in participating in. We are American expats living in Ireland. Kindly send details to lcamposmoya@epals.com

    Best wishes,

    Leila

    Envelope exchange around the world

    Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone would be interested in joining in a project we have undertaken as a homeschooling family to learn about different parts of the world and the people who live in it.

My idea is to have an exchange envelope. This involves each participant, school, family or group to fill a large envelope with paper based items that reflect their coutry and culture. I have devised a list of items that you would put into the envelope to send to me and I would then send the same to you.

By making the project an exchange envelope full of paper based items I hope to be able to keep the cost down for those who wish to particpate.

Please send your email of interest to kereng@epals.com and I will happily send you a list of items that would need to be put into each envelope. Most things should be very cheap and cost effective.

Because this is an exchange envelope it can occur at any time of year, so regardless of the date, if you are passing by and wish to be involved please email me and I shall get back to you.

Here's hoping that we can get a number of people from a variety of places around the globe to help make our geography class more interesting!

    Thanks in advance,

    Keren
