I have an 8y old daughter, Maria Elise, that is interested in finding a pen pal (regular post - preferably) or an ePal. We are from America but now living in Ireland the past two years. I am glad to say that she (and her 13y old brother) have adjusted well to the changes and culture. Maria Elise is even learning how to speak Irish. She seems to share in many of Jaedon's interests.. science, history, writing.. collecting rocks, photography, video games.. and she sings in the shower (so funny!). She is also very personable and quite confident and so interested in learning what kids like her are doing where ever they live. We're pretty new to all of this also. In fact, I received an email message from Madisyn in my box and Jaedon and I tried to respond, but the message went to a box that didn't exist when I hit reply. In other words, I'm not so techno-savvy. :-)

My 9 yr old son, Jaedon, would be very interested in finding ePals or penpals from around the world. He is homeschooled and his interests include a wide variety of activities and subjects such as science, history, writing (particularly fantasy stories), making gifts and crafts, photography, rock hounding, swimming, video games, and singing. He is a personable, talkative person who is comfortable communicating with kids who encompass a wide range of ages and who is interested in learning about people from many cultures.
