    Re: Racism

Hi, I'm Destiny and I'm from Guam. Racism and stereotyping also happens here in Guam. It happens all over the world, right? To me, racism is a very rude thing. Some people think it's a joke to be racist, but it's not. It can really hurt people too.

    Re: Racism

Of course there's racism in every country. If not ( which I highly doubt ) there has to be prejudice. Going against somebody because you assume they're weird because they're black or Jewish etc.

    Re: Racism

Hello, my name is Dalvin. I'm an African-American and as many people know, racism is very prevalent in the U.S.A and around the world. Many people I believe think that the Caucasian race may be the only race with racism in it. In fact there are some African-Americans, as well as other races that have a lot of racism in them. I am not a person that tries to belittle racism. I know that as a person I cannot let what someone else says determine my life. I also agree with you when you say that, " it is something that humans must learn to deal with." I give a lot of credit to those who try to control racism, we should all as people try to put our differences aside and remember that just because racism exists it doesn't have to control our lives.

    Re: Racism

Racism is something that you can not escape. It has been here since the beginning of time, and no government can do away with it. That is just something that humans must learn to deal with.

    Re: Racism

Yes, people who are racist don't know what they are talking about. They are usually very insecure and feel like they need to put someone else down to build themselves up. I'm glad that at least there are no more racist laws here in America. It was a very tragic period of history.

    Re: Racism

Hello. I am Thomas, from the UK. Unfortunately, racism and stereotyping is all over the world. Although most governments are trying to stop this, racism still continues to spread.

Yes, I am from Poland and here there is racism too. I don't like it. Why are people so not tolerant? It is so awful! Everyone can be what they want to be, I think. Bye Ola

    Re: Racism

Hi Claire, I'm Kennesha D. Yes there is racism and stereotyping here. Being African American and Puerto Rican, I have a lot of mixed issues. Nobody really knows but a lot of people look at you differently if you look a certain way or talk differently. Everyday someone will call you names. Ask them how they help improve or worsen the situation. See how many of them admit their roles in racism today.
