    Re: ePALS available, Quebec, Canada

Hello, I teach English in France to Year 7s who are between 12 and 13. They are keen on learning English as a second language but writing is still difficult.

I also have the opportunity to set up a "club" for corresponding with other classes and so they can exchange with other classes from all over the world once a week.  They can communicate using the internet : email writing, forums. What I would like them to do is write first about who they are and tell what they do at school or outside school, then if they can find a possible match, I would like them to exchange through common projects (quite general ones : family, environment, etc) Recently they have been working on Christmas and so they could write about what they did at school on that theme.

Looking forward to hearing from you

    Elisabeth Dilly

Hi! If you haven't already found partners for this project I would love for my class of 12-13 year old students living in Colorado, U.S. to join you! I'm new to ePals, so I'm not sure how to begin. Look forward to hearing from you.

We are writing from San Giusto, Italy. My students are 13 years old and they would be happy to exchange information with Canadian ePals.

I teach 4 students in Resource Social Studies.  We just began a unit on Canada.  I would be interested in my kids establishing contact with your kids.  They are 7th graders and need to improve their writing skills.  They would be excited to exchange ideas.

Please let me if you are interested.

    ePALS available, Quebec, Canada

Hello, I teach grade 8 English. I have a small group of students [10] who are usually reluctant to write but since receiving email addresses and a pen pal they are really keen to write. I would like to try and establish some more contacts in various parts of the world that they can communicate with and exchange information about their community and life in general. Looking forward to exchanging information. Betsy Murphy
