My name is Tom Hinken and I work with 100 7th graders in Montague Michigan. We live on the shores of Lake Michigan, and also a smaller lake called White Lake that has a history of misuse and is now recovering.
Our government is currently looking at ways to protect the Great Lakes from pollution and overuse.
We'd love to connect with schools from other areas of the world to compare how water is used and to create solutions to over use and pollution.
The schools we connect with could be schools located in areas with an abundance of water, or they could be schools located in areas with water shortages.
Regards,
Tom Hinken
