Our project is about the difficulties that teenagers face while choosing their jobs, the effects of their friends, parents, and neighbourhood on their personality on their working and future lives and is to solve the problems that end in leaving schools.

Our aim is to clarify the aspects that affect the teenagers choices of jobs and to help them to make right choices.  Our aim is to help having educated teens, who love their jobs, are aware of their choices, and can overcome their future anxiety.

Our aim is to work with the students who are  at risk of failing their year,  who had been academically dismissed, who had experienced personal challenges and are lack of motivation, concentration,values that make them unhappy and isolated.Generally among highschool students who are in their adolsence are faced with all these problems.
