Hey fellow international teachers, I teach 10-13 year old children and as part of my literacy/tech/music next term, we are doing a class based video editing competition. The children get 1 minute music clips and create a music video clip to publish on YouTube (don't forget parent permission if they are appearing in it!). If anyone is interested in doing the same, it would be quite cool to create an international one (not competitive, just sharing of work) for the kids to see other kids around the world doing the same sort of things, yet in their own style. If you are interested, tell me and I will send you a lesson plan to go with it (based on the NZ curriculum, but I'm sure it could be adjusted to suit your country!).
