    Hello Ivette and Steve, we haven't got any guidelines. You can do it as you want. My students have cut and pasted some pictures of Turkey on the colourful cards. They enjoy it so much!     I will love to join to your project and I have 18 students in 5th grade in my English class, so I will be happy to join to your project. My school is situated in Mexico. I can ask my students to write how we celebrate Christmas in Mexico.
