Hello I am an English teacher in Turkey. When i saw your email, I became very happy beacuse I am planning to do an activity about different cultures. 23rd of April is celebrated as Turkish Children's Day. Also, children from different countries come to Turkey to show their folk dances. So, I also want to do activities to develop peace between cultures. I am trying to figure out what I can do. I want my students to watch your video to learn about a new culture. In Turkey Japanese people are liked very much. I'd be glad if you sent the video you've mentioned about. Dear Teacher, I too am a teacher of English. I am a Sri Lankan but I am working at a school in Maldives now. I'd like to receive the DVD clip on Japanese Cooking. I will show it to my students so that they'll learn about your ways of doing things. I have read much about Japan and its people and I can share what I know with my students.

We would love to watch your video. My school is located in Hawaii, and many of my students are Japanese or are somewhat familiar with the culture, there is obviously a large influence here.
