The world is going to end but, not now.  Also, the sun is going to explode in a few thousand years.

I don't think the world is really going to end.  I think all predictions may not happen.  If the world did end, and I was one of the last humans, then I would feel very guilty and sad.

Okay, they thought the world would end. They also thought Cortez was a God and if they didn't make sacrifices the world would end somehow and the cycle would keep repeating until 2012. Clearly, Cortez wasn't a God and guess what: the world hasn't ended then reappeared.

I do not think the world is going to end. A billon years from now the Sun will run out of energy and dissolve. All life will be wiped out. The probability of life being wiped out in 2012 is 1 in 100000000. The last time people said the world would end it didn't so should we think it will in 2012? The calendar that said time would stop at 2012 is clearly wrong. It is a week from 2012 and no one has proof the world will end.

That's what I believe (with a different background). Even though I have a different religion than you (no offense), my religion never mentions anything about the exact date of the end of the world.

Hi! As you said, Dan, a lot of people have said that the world will end by 2012. Now, when we enter 2012, everyone know about this forecast. But there isn't anyone who actually knows if the world will end. Something we can be sure of though is that something is going to happen. I mean, we are billions of people on the earth, everyone knows about 2012, and someone will do something that makes a big difference about it. Good or bad. Just because the forecast was ever made.

I can assure you that it will not end in 2012. The Bible has no belonging date of the world ending in 2012. It will end when God comes down from heaven to bring us to war with the devil. There will not be a flood, but there will be plenty of other disasters. I don't think we will feel any pain though. The bad people probably would. But I don't think and know that the world will end in 2012.

Many bad things have happened on Earth recently. That doesn't mean it will be the end of the world in 2012. The world will not end. Not yet anyway.

I don't think you should believe that in December 2012 the world is going to end. Only God knows what's going to happen.

O.K. Do you guys remember when the world was supposed to end last May? I'm alive. Are you? Then in July the world was supposed to end. Are we here? Yes. I believe we will all live. Someone might get killed, that's important but overal we will continue to thrive.

The world will end, the Bible just doesn't say when. I would be really worried, because it does say it will come when we least expect it. Everybody is expecting 2012, so I do not think it will happen then, but it could happen any time.
