    Re: Global Warming

Hi, I am Ansh. I think animals are dying because of our fault because many people eat non vegetables. And one more thing the pollution level is increased so much that animals and other living organisms are dying.

    Re: Global Warming

It could be our fault if it is true that the earth is heating up because of pollution. That equals global warming.

    Re: Global Warming

I don't think that it is our fault that "Global Warming" is happening. I don't think that it is really our fault because the carbon dioxide makes holes in our ozone layer because forest fires give off so much CO2, and forest fires have been around a long long time before man invented the fire.

    Re: Global Warming

Technically yes, global warming is our fault because we are the ones that are letting harmful gases in the air that sometimes kill the animals.

Hi! I'm Soham from India. I too particularly think that this global warming is in the poise of destroying the very essence of humanity and the existence of human life.

If you want to blame anything blame the sun. The sun warms up our planet.

    Re: Global Warming

Yes it is our fault. We drive the cars and from the cars it come carbon dioxide. It influence on the ozone layer. More sun come to the earth and it become more hot. And then the ice melt.

I think it's people's fault that animals are dying because some people are destroying their habitats.

    Re: Global Warming

In my opinion, we know that global warming is killing poor polar bears & destroying their habitats & still people just act like they can't do anything to prevent this from happening. By using fossil fuels, we are polluting the air with carbon dioxide, which is a major cause of global warming.

    Re: Global Warming

I think it's our fault for all the deaths of the animals living on ice caps, because of all the pollution humans are giving off which causes global warming. Global warming is when the greenhouse gases trap heat inside the earth's atmosphere and melts the ice caps. That's my opinion why I think it's our fault for the deaths of animals living on ice caps.

    Re: Global Warming

Animals are dying from multiple reasons; Global warming is just one in a list of many attributes that we create which are destroying animals' lives and homes. Another reason they are dying is from deforestation, urbanization, overgrazing, and mining. We selfishly take and destroy from our beautiful planet without considering the consequences until the effects are largely apparent. This attitude needs/has to end in the coming years or we won't have a luscious planet to decimate.

    Re: Global Warming

I do think that humans are somewhat responsible for the death of animals. Humans are the ones who are polluting the air causing global warming. Global warming is causing the temperature to rise meaning polar ice caps are melting. This is destroying polar bears' habitats making them endangered. Also the water levels rise and flood areas with wildlife.

    Re: Global Warming

Deforestation is one main reason that the animals are dying, since they're losing their habitats. Also burning fossil fuels and the exhaust from cars which are polluting the air we breathe. Because we are burning fossil fuels there are more green house gases in our atmosphere which is contributing to our global warming and this is melting ice caps and destroying the habitats of polar bears.

    Re: Global Warming

I do believe that some parts of the word are getting warmer, but it is not our fault. It is nature warming up a bit like after a mini ice age. I live in Louisiana, where we rarely EVER have a Christmas day below 60 degrees (farenheit). However, every year, Christmas' get colder. In 2007, it snowed for the first time since 1999, and it snowed 6 inches. In 2008, it snowed twice, 2 inches both times. In 2009, it snowed 8 inches, in 2010 it snowed 5". Still, the polar ice caps are melting, but that's not what's killing animals. Poaching is. In the past 5 years, over 100,000 whales were illegally harpooned in Antarctica. 12,000 harp seals were trapped for their fur.  10,000 walruses were shot for their tusks. 1,000 penguins were killed for their skin oils.

Human society is polluting our world, but not because of the "greenhouse gasses" scam that the government is cramming into our minds. We are being brainwashed with all of the "tree hugger" and "go green" stuff, especially electric cars. They may run on electricity, but more gasoline is burned to refine the electricity for it to be able to be used in the cars than if they just ran on gas in the first place!!

Now, about "wasting water": It's impossible, it all goes through the water cycle. The earth will always have the same amount of water!

I do believe in recycling, not littering, and planting more trees, but to a point. Just turn off the lights when you leave the room, put your garbage in a can, and donate to conservation societies!!! You don't have to go out and plant 100 trees on Earth Day, or not use soap because " it runs into the ocean from your drain and kills animals." Thanks if you took the time to read all the way through!!! :)
