There is a way to solve this and support at ePals can help you through the steps.  Please contact support@epals.com.  Provide them with your username and explain the situation and they can assist you personally.

I'm having the same dillema.  I want to give this teacher access, but it seems the only way to do it is to give her my username/password info.  How can I set her up as an admin?

Hi all

I have setup a number of student email accounts and commenced an email exchange. I now want to pass responsibility to another teacher in my school who has an ePals account. Can anyone tell me if this possible and if so how I can do it.
