Re: LET'S INTRODUCE STUDENTS TO OTHER CULTURES

    Hello

I am a teacher at a small school called Fairfield First School in England and we would like to contact another Fairfield School anywhere in the world, so our children can find out about other countries and cultures.

If your school is called Fairfield, please get in touch at fairfie0101@epals.com

Re: LET'S INTRODUCE STUDENTS TO OTHER CULTURES

    Dear Mary Ann

I teach a group of 7-8 year olds at Fairfield First School which is in a small village near Bromsgrove, England.

We would like to make contact with another Fairfield somewhere in the world.

Would your class, or another class in your school, like to exchange emails with us?

    Thank you

    Sheila D.

Re: LET'S INTRODUCE STUDENTS TO OTHER CULTURES

Are you interested in emailing kids from Wisconsin, USA? I am looking for a Spanish speaking country to learn more about your culture.  I have 170 students. I can give you any number of students up to 170.

Please let me know one way or the other.

    Thanks,

    Maria F.

    Dear Crispine,

Have you linked up with any students yet?  I would be interested in having my sixth grade students (ages 11 - 12) exchange information about culture, language, lifestyles, etc. with your students.  Please contact me if this is a possibility.

    Regards,

    Mary Howard

My name is Mary Ann Rooney and I teach fifth grade (ages 10-11) in Fairfield, Connecticut, USA.  I am also very interested in giving my students the opportunity to learn about different cultures.  If your students are of a similar age, I would be very interested in hearing from you.

    Regards,

    Mary Ann Rooney

    Dear Berrin,

I am new to ePals and noticed that your post is nearly 8 months old.  I teach fifth grade students (ages 10-11) in Fairfield, Connecticut and would be very interested in giving my students the opportunity to share cultural information with similar age students in other parts of the world.  If your students are of a similar age, and you are still interested in corresponding, please contact me with the details of your program.

    Hi Seri,

I also teach in the United States.  I would love to get involved in a global culture exchange project.

Do you have more details about the project?

Re: LET'S INTRODUCE STUDENTS TO OTHER CULTURES

I am a teacher in the United States (just outside New York City) and have students in the same age group.  I am interested in setting up an email exchange so our students can learn about one another's culture.

AUS-USA Eco Footprint comparison (12-13 year old) (not sure if the calculator is set up for Canada)

Would like to link up with a school in the USA and compare domestic and possible school footprints using the web site at:

    http://www.footprintnetwork.org/en/index.php/GFN/page/calculators/

-suitable for US and AUS schools only

-Must be ready to go ASAP.

    cheers
