My favorite black hero is Martian Luther King Jr. because he changed the world in a lot of ways.

One of those ways were how he stopped segregation in a America. It wasn't right to treat blacks differently.

They should have treated blacks fairly then but they didn't. Martin was a very brave man and was a great leader in American History.

    :)

I admire many black heroes because they all are important in our world today. The most black hero I really admire is Martin Luther King Jr. because he ended segregation between whites and blacks. He gave his famous "I Have A Dream" speech with over a million people at the Washington Monument. He is laid back respected man. He really has a big impact on this world in the changes he made with all the struggles that he went through but later overcame.

My black hero is Jeff Henderson, he's a black chef who was a drug dealer making nearly 35,000 a week at the age of 19. At the age of 24 he was arrested and served up to about 10 years. While he was in jail he found out that he was a good cook and he committed himself to being a chef to turn his life around. And he did. A couple years after being released from prison he became an Executive Chef of Cafe Bellagio in Las Vages and wrote a bestseller book. And now he's focusing on giving back with a TV show call jeff project. Jeff proved it doesn't matter what type of person you were in the past, it shouldn't reflect on the person you are going to be in the future. I been there and done that and I want to become a chef and own my own restaurant when I get older and he motivated me to keep moving forward and never give up because anything is possible!

I admire Dr. Joseph Lowery because he was famous for the United Methodist church and leader in the America civil rights movement. After Rosa Parks was arrested, Dr. Lowery helped with Montgomery bus  boycott. Dr. Lowery is still living here in Atlanta.

My black hero is Rosa Parks because she had the courage to stand up for her race. She decided to tell people she was worth something and risk her life while doing it. She was smart and helped others get to where they are now.

Rosa Parks is my hero. She was the first black woman to refuse a bus driver's orders to give her seat to a white person.
