Sadly and unluckily, yes, yes I have. Many neighbors dump their chips and juice boxes carelessly, as if the ground, as if the precious ground, was a wasteland! Not many, but some ride cars to places that you can go by foot, bike, roller skates, skateboard, and many other equipments that can be used to get there! I have also seen a ton of people fixing their cars outside and then dumping the old oil out! And then do they know that the oil gets evaporated? And then it affects our fresh air severely? And did they also know that all that "unuseful" oil can be used for something helpful? From personal experience, I used a small amount of old and unwanted car oil to actually reduce and even remove filthy rust from my bicycle. Most neighbors don't think before they act. Something they and I must always do before they act!

Yes. I have noticed that my neighbors don't recycle and they use too much paper for nothing. I usually don't judge people because I don't even know if they have a recycling bin at home, but I live in a building and they live here, too. In my building we do have recycling bins for cans, paper, plastic and bottles. So, they should be able to recycle. And with the paper case, they could recycle that too.

I have noticed that some of my neighbors have been wasting a lot of gasoline by driving places they could walk or bike. There is also a good use system in my neighborhood. The CO2 gas we create when we drive or by things that has to be shipped long distances or waste electricity is bad for the environment and it is a threat to biodiversity. We need to cut down on our carbon so carbon can become less of a threat to biodiverity.
