Problem Uploading Profile Icon

Hi I'm having a problem uploading my profile icon. I get the following message:

The selected file /tmp/tmp_08mH0X could not be uploaded, because the destination is not properly configured.
Failed to upload the picture image; the pictures directory doesn't exist.

How do I create this directory? Or do I?
