    Re: Global Warming

    Good evening,

I teach in a French middle school to pupils ranging from  10 to 13 years old this year. More precisely, I am looking for a partnership about global warming and lasting development between pupils from other countries with the same age as my class of 19 pupils ( about 13 years old). Actually I am about to start this new sequence within the next 2 weeks.

As for your pupils, my pupils' living area is either rural or suburban , in the north west of France, in a region called "Les Pays de la Loire", known for its châteaux and kings.WE are next to a town well-known for its car-races "Le Mans 24-Hour car race", and next to Brittany and Normandy, Let me know more about the details of your project and I  hope we can do something all together.

    Looking forawrd to reading you,

    Pascaline RICQUEBOURG-SCRIBE (FRANCE)

    Global Warming

Political cartoons are meant to catch your eye! A political cartoon that really moved me, was about a polar bear. He or she was  trying to help another, by allowing it to stand on his/her back. They were trying to remain on one piece of ice. What if that were true? It will be soon, if we don't do something as a world-body! Please join my class and I; to learn, and spread the word about "Global Warming"! We are a class of 14: boys & girls : with lots to say! We live in South Carolina, where it is rural and suburban. Partner with us to change our destiny!

    Sincerely,

    M.Edwards
