I have an 8y old daughter who is trying to find an ePal. We are originally from America (Chicago) but have now lived in Ireland the last two years. I am glad to say that Maria Elise (and her 13y old brother) has adjusted well to the changes and culture. She, too, is an excellent reader and writes well. PS My father was from Chihuahua, Mexico and I lived there when I was very young. Maria Elise is presently reading on her own about the invasion of Cortez. She was shocked, indeed.
