For those who have answered to my ePals-address!

I have created a profile for myself already five days ago, but there has been no reply from the administrators of ePals whether it has been accepted or not, and for those reasons I haven't been able to reply you yet. I hope to answer you as quickly as possible, and I'm very sorry for the delay.

We really are keen on corresponding, and the total number of students wanting an ePal has now risen to 15 students, so I hope we can get in touch soon.

I have a group of students (12-13 years old) who would like to have ePals with whom they could correspond in English. There are about ten students who would like to find pen pals abroad.

We live in the Finnish Lapland, and the students have studied English for three years now and are mainly on (lower) intermediate-level.

The students would correspond individually on their free time, so this would not be a project but a chance for the students to get to know same-aged teenagers from different countries. Correspondence mainly via e-mail (snail mail also possible); later perhaps msn-chatting or something similar depending on the students themselves.
