I read this book. It is sad to me at the end.

This book is very awesome and it's about a girl named Bess and her parents serve dinner at the Derby Street Shelter.  And one day the shelter had a clothing give away and Bess met an old lady named Gracie.  And the shelter is only a mens shelter and Bess' mom thought about opening the old Shelton Hotel for women and their children.  And if you like helping people this is the right story for you.
