    I think that a cyclone is close to a tornado. I am not sure about it though.

    I don't live anywhere near a cyclone but I have heard the it's a tropical wind storm and that the wind speed can get up to 50 or maybe 80 miles an hour.

    Cyclones are formed by low atmospheric pressure surrounded by a wind system blowing in the northern hemisphere in a clockwise direction.

    What is a cyclone?

    What is a cyclone? I've heard it's similar to a hurricane, but I'm not for sure.  What can you tell me about cyclones?
