Re: Looking for comenius partners from EU countries

    Dear Sir or Madam,
We are looking for a school that would accept us to a multilateral partnership in Comienus program with English as a contact language. We are a small primary school (41 students aged 6-12 at present), in a beautiful small village named Glichow, between Krakow (45 km) and mountain town Zakopane (Tatra mountains, 50 km). Excellent location, good climate, friendly people and numerous farmhouses create perfect place for rest.
Our school serves the society well: we organize events for schoolchildren and all of the villagers, and extra activities for children: English, dance, ecology, maths, sports classes.
We would really appreciate participation in a multilateral partnership in Comienus program as we believe that an international cooperation can help develop our school and all the little society as well.
I look forward to hear from you,
    yours faithfully
the School's Headmistress and the teachers

Konya is also famous for its great philosopher, Mevlana Celaleddini Rumi, having thousands of pages as a work called “Mesnevi”, expressing the deep tolerance towards to people and other cultural and religious belief. Hundreds of years after his death the thoughts of Mevlana and his sayings still keep its validity that’s why UNESCO called the year 2007 as “Mevlana Year”
