I have found that competitive groups motivate students tremendously! Anyone can be a teacher as long as they are communicating ideas/content to others. Anyone can be a learner...I learn from my students.

Need your help as teachers

I am about to organize a trainnig for teachers soon in my community. Please, I would like to have your ideas on how to motivate students and who exactly is a teacher and who can you call a learner. Would be glad to send our newsletter to people whose contributions are interesting.
