In September, I will have a class of 18-20 third graders. The students' primary language is Spanish, but we will be focussing on mastering their English language skills this year. I would like them to communicate with students from another state or country on a weekly basis (we are located in Palatine, IL, USA - about 30 minutes outside of Chicago).
