Re: ePals wanted for class in rural W. Australia

    Hello from India

I am Meghmani and I take students of age group 6-8. My students are looking forward to collaborate and share their views about the famous historical monuments of India, the places people love to visit. And even they are keen to know more about the rest of the world too. So, if interested please reply.

    Regards

    Meghmani

    Hi Sara,

Were you able to find a classroom to exchange with? Unfortunately I have not checked the forum very often, I wish there was an alert in email.

Hello Nishi, We already have two other Indian collaborators but we can include you too.  How old are the children and how many are there?  We are on summer holidays now but will be ready to start in the middle of September.  Regards,  Sally,

I am Nishi Rana, ISA Coordinator from INDIA. My students want to start a project where they can exchange emails or chat via Skype, and discuss on various topics. Presently our school is working on the project "Sustainability in Climate Change." We are also interested in working a partner classroom on a collaborative project about global issues. We look forward to a positive reply. I look forward to have a link with you so as to develop a long term partnership between the two schools.

    Warm Regards

Hi Jackie,  I'm not sure if we have Sype at school but we can definitely write.  We're on holiday now until September but we can exchange ideas before then you want. Sally

I have a class of 6-7 year olds.  We live in rural Utah, USA.  We could write or use Skype to communicate/collaborate.

    Hi Sara,

I have an English club of children from 3 to 11 starting in September.  They all go to the same school in Brittany France and want to learn about how other children live in different parts of the world families, houses, hobbies, animals etc.  I am English so correspondance wouldn't be a problem.

Anyone else from anywhere in the world who would like to contact us would be welcome.

    Hope to hear from you,

    Sally

Re: ePals wanted for class in rural W. Australia

Hello,  I am starting an English club for a primary school with children of all ages between 3 and 11 in September and am looking for a school to exchange cultural ideas and info with in any English speaking country.  Our school is in Brittany, France and during my lessons I want the children to learn about the lives of children of similar ages in other countries eg; families, food, holidays and festivals, animals etc. Initially I want to do the exchange as a group and then progress to indiviual correspondance if it runs well.  Would you be interested?   I'm English so there won't be problems with the language but maybe your students could learn to say a few words of French at the same time!  I hope to here from you.  Sally
