Claire -
My name is Tom Hinken and I work with 100 7th graders in Montague Michigan. We only have a few weeks of school left, but would love to work on such a project with you next year. Or we could answer questions for your students for the remainder of this year.
We live on the shores of Lake Michigan, and also a smaller lake called White Lake that has a history of misuse and is now recovering.
Our government is currently looking at ways to protect the Great Lakes (Lake Michigan is one of them) from pollution and overuse. So, we may be of help to your students.
Regards,
Tom Hinken
