&lt;p&gt;i created emails on e pals&amp;nbsp;for my pupils and me&amp;nbsp;i wanted to check if their emails worked i send them a message so they received it but they couldn&amp;#39;t send me back their answer&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;could you explain what&amp;#39;s happened?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;could you&amp;nbsp; solve this matter because i can&amp;#39;t start a penpal relationships if they couldn&amp;#39;t send them back their emails&lt;/p&gt;
