G'day, I'm an intermediate teacher (10-13 year olds) in New Zealand, and as long as you have an open teaching style and don't use it to run the class (don't become a lecturer, or "front of room" teacher!), but let the children use it to do their own thing, then it is well worth it. Some awesome tools that work well with them are - Garage Band, iMovie
