What benefits did you find in your research on the Brain Gym method? Most students would enjoy the movement but did you find any changes in behavior or achievement?

I did my Master's research project on the Brain Gym method. We used PACE. The students were to drink water, do "brain buttons", complete "cross crawls" and then go into "hook-ups". They enjoyed it and it seemed to help lots! We also did things like "lazy 8's"...
