I'd rather have a cell phone. I have a cell phone and iPod but the phone is better in case an emergency ocurs. I can call someone for help. iPods you can just play. Playing won't help you out of an emergency.

I think I would rather have an iPod Touch because you can do so much more and it is free to use the internet or even some of the apps. You can even get a free phone service for the iPod Touch. It costs less and it can do so much more!

An Ipod touch is like the same thing as a phone. They are the same. You can text on an Ipod and you can Text on a phone. You can call on a phone and an Ipod and you can get music on your Phone.
